Dr. George R. Williams has decades of experience in leadership, curricula and program development and training. Here are a few highlights from his work. At the National Center for Fathering he trained over 500 trainers across the country in his Quenching the Father-Thirst: Developing and Dad 12-week fatherhood strengthening program for marginalized men. At the State of Kansas he led, created, implemented and assessed the statewide Strong Dads Super Kids healthy father involvement program and curriculum at 13 Early Head Start programs involving over 1,000 families. Also with the Kansas Department for Children and families he developed, trained and evaluated four highly rated Kansas Welfare Professional Training Programs including a Trauma-Informed Care course and curriculum for 500 social workers for 6 hours of Continuing Education Units.
